1. Complaints on gps or medical staff is no longer the sole threat of a health provider. It is increasing exposure paper to court cases or to social health, to now be the new norm threat to health.
   This has created a dangerous time and is causation to many deaths and negligences. Potentially because it appears negligent but more to point it restricts peoples well-being and isolates them unforgivingly and ignorantly. Many Drs wouldn’t do this but they compensate their threats and still restrict help through diverting exposures in matters not against NHS. Considering over 2 million people are subject to family courts or social care. Another 1 million involved with unassociated NHS personal injury cases or data breach or concealments in injury. Another 1 million bacterial infection, or virus or cardiovascular related delayed or restricted treatments might make this conflict far worse than it seems. My dear friend had life long medications changed from monthly to weekly but needed to travel and couldn’t access her medication she created a complaint then they took her off the meds and pretended they were no longer helping her. Whether any truth in that restriction is yet to be proven still makes the whole process of conflict a bad one. Lucy Letby is fine example continually seeing the priority of supporting her team and being called a liar. However complaints did exist against the Drs and things were negligent in failed support. That she was exposing medical staff exposing a balance need in team and moral then went quiet on such. Because inclusive of police tactic or abuse in position of power. All when so many people are non supported and so many staff support have little voice as whistleblowers. The exposures are hidden in another controversial framework. The Cap should be no solicitors until after disclosures found via ombudsman and datas found through ICO and if abuse process of NHS fines need to be applied and publicized. Support via solicitors should be offered in means of free time considering how much they earn not in means of direction but private emotional help. Surely this might cap claims fairer and stay non chargeable. NHS should be advising complainers to request investigation forms if unanswered questions it shouldn’t have to be solicitors or left in isolation from care providers. Where GPs decisions regarding therapy medicines need to be put in writing explaining prior to change why such is changing. This failure of common decency again exposes recorded fact if letter was explained. But it’s left to concealed exposures that causes the restrictive measures before meds are ever stopped.
